  • Q
    Advantages of N-TOPCon Solar Cells
    A

    Compared to p-type cells, n-type cells boast several advantages, including higher conversion efficiency, lower temperature coefficients, higher bifaciality rates, and longer carrier lifetimes. The n-type silicon wafers are doped with phosphorus, a Group V element, which eliminates the light-induced degradation associated with boron-oxygen complexes found in p-type cells, resulting in superior reliability.

  • Q
    Why did Jolywood opt for Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) instead of the more mainstream LPCVD or PECVD?
    A

    In the fabrication methods for the critical structures of TOPCon solar cells, there are currently three options on the market: LPCVD (Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition), PECVD (Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition), and our company's PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). The PVD technology is mature, does not result in cross-contamination, and has a lower risk of reverse leakage, thereby avoiding the need for a cleaning process to remove cross-contamination, which reduces both process time and manufacturing costs. Jolywood possesses patents for PVD technology, integrating the steps of deposition, diffusion, and cross-contamination removal into a single piece of equipment, which simplifies maintenance and keeps costs low.

  • Q
    How to ensure supply to strategic customers?
    A
    If your company wishes to sign a strategic agreement, we can discuss it in detail. We will give priority to the needs of strategic agreement customers, and "one customer, one line" will fix production lines for strategic customers, reserve sufficient production capacity and inventory, and ensure the needs of strategic customers who have paid in advance.
  • Q
    How is the performance of Jolywood PV modules in the global market?
    A

    Jolywood has more than 7 years of experience in n-type manufacturing. Thanks to our exclusive innovative technologies and high quality product, we have shipped more than 11GW of modules globally, which is competitive and widely recognized by our customers.

  • Q
    What are the advantages of Jolywood backsheet?
    A

    1) FFC fluorine coating and film integration;

    2) Microwave curing technology;

    3) Roll-to-roll plasma treatment and chemical grafting technology under normal temperature and pressure;

    4) Integrated equipment innovation: A roll-to-roll one-stage back film production line was developed.

  • Q
    What are the performance advantages of Jolywood backsheet?
    A

    1) Use imported fluororesin from Daikin, Japan. This fluororesin product has more than thirty years of outdoor use data support.

    2) Use highly hydrolysis-resistant PET.

    3) High-quality materials are used both inside and outside, and the materials are well matched and balanced.

    4) Jolywood's patented technology solves the problem of permanent bonding between fluorine and PET, and backsheet and EVA.

    5) Have its own core technology and the ability to continuously reduce costs.
