Jolywood‘s n-Type Modules Achieve French Carbon Footprint Certification Once Again
2024-04-09

Jolywood's high-efficiency n-type modules have received the prestigious French Carbon Footprint PPE2 Certification from Certisolis, a renowned French institution, for their exceptional performance. PPE2, implemented by the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), is the most authoritative carbon footprint-related certification for photovoltaic projects above 100kW entering the French market.

Based on principles of science, fairness, and transparency, the PPE2 fully tracks all stages of a product's lifecycle, including raw material sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, and carbon dioxide emissions. This meticulous process ensures an accurate assessment of greenhouse gas emissions. This certification not only grants Jolywood's modules a "green passport" for entry into the French solar market but also marks a significant step forward in Jolywood's commitment to low-carbon development.

Through continuous technological innovation and industrial upgrading, Jolywood has achieved low-carbon management throughout the entire lifecycle, from raw material procurement to production, operation, and maintenance. Aiming to minimize environmental and ecological burdens, Jolywood has implemented strict controls of environmental resource utilization and pollution emissions. Moreover, we actively advocate for green supply chain management and closely collaborate with suppliers on carbon reduction initiatives to ensure environmental friendliness and sustainability throughout the whole process. These endeavors have earned recognition, with Jolywood attaining the esteemed designation of provincial-level "Green Factory," alongside national-level accolades as a "Green Factory" and "National Green Supply Chain Management Demonstration Enterprise."

The certified n-type modules are equipped with the advanced J-TOPCon New cell technology, boasting superior conversion efficiency and bifaciality. Compared to conventional modules, they demonstrate enhanced performance under weak light conditions and lower power degradation, resulting in higher electricity generation yield. Also, Jolywood modules utilize innovative, Damage-free Half-cell Cutting Technology to reduce the risk of micro-cracks. Furthermore, with a temperature coefficient as low as -0.30%/°C, they effectively mitigate output losses and risks caused by high-temperature operation, providing a dual guarantee for the safety of photovoltaic usage. This not only ensures efficient power generation but also safeguards electrical usage. Today, Jolywood's N-type bifacial high-efficiency modules, including the JW and NIWA series, comprehensively meet market demands and cater to various application scenarios. These products are exported to over 60 countries and regions worldwide, garnering recognition from numerous clients across the globe.

In the future, Jolywood will continue its commitment to low-carbon and sustainable development. Aiming to provide our global customers with more efficient and green energy solutions, Jolywood will continue its technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Together, we will drive global energy transition and sustainable development forward.
