On April 21st, a delegation led by Mr. Cao Lu, Vice, Chairman of Zhejiang Zhenneng Electric Power and Chairman of Jolywood, Mr. Yang Shi, Director of International Business Department of Zhejiang Zhenneng Electric Power, Mr. Ye Shaofeng, General Manager of Zhejiang Zhenneng Electric Power，Mr. Zou Chicheng and Mr. Mao Huazhen, Vice Presidents of Jolywood, visited ACWA Power, a leading energy company in the Middle East. They had an in-depth discussion with Mr. Yasir Mahmoud, Executive VP BD of ACWA Power, on the development trend of new energy markets in the Middle East and future cooperation directions. This meeting not only deepened the cooperation between the two companies in the field of new energy but also laid the foundation for further development of Jolywood in the Middle East market.

Previously, Jolywood, as one of ACWA Power's core suppliers, successfully participated in several important photovoltaic projects developed by ACWA Power in the Middle East, including the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park and the Ibri Phase II Power Station in Oman. In these projects, Jolywood's efficient and stable n-type TOPCon modules and strong technical support helped the projects to be smoothly connected to the grid and contributed to the "Chinese power" in promoting local energy supply and energy transformation.

It is worth mentioning that the Ibri Phase II project in Oman, as the world's first single unit with over 500MW of n-type photovoltaic project and the world's largest TOPCon photovoltaic ground station at that time, has demonstrated Jolywood's outstanding technical strength in the photovoltaic field and set a new benchmark for the development of new energy in the Middle East. The project can provide sufficient power supply for tens of thousands of households in the region each year, effectively alleviating the pressure of peak electricity consumption and electricity shortages and injecting strong momentum into the sustainable development of the Middle East region.

During this meeting, Mr. Yasir Mahmoud, Executive Vice President of ACWA Power, highly praised Jolywood's excellent performance in previous cooperative projects and highly recognized Jolywood's initiative to invest in building factories in Saudi Arabia. ACWA Power also looked forward to the development plans of new energy in Saudi Arabia and the entire Middle East region，hoping that Jolywood would further increase its investment in the region to jointly promote the construction and development of new energy projects.

Mr. Cao Lu responded positively to ACWA Power's expectations. He emphasized that Jolywood is optimistic about the development prospects of the Middle East market and will further increase its investment in the Middle East market based on its own strategy and market development. At the same time, Zhejiang Zhenneng Electric Power and ACWA Power will fully leverage their respective strengths and resources to jointly promote the comprehensive development of new energy in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, drive Chinese production capacity to go global, and strengthen interactions between Saudi Arabia and China investments.
